About the place

I'm helping Nathalie (a funny French-origine woman of 56 years old) who is looking for a roommate. 
Due true a new ruling that is supplied by the counsel she is able to rent out her attic space on the 4th floor of 8m2. 
The room is neatly finished and has a wooden floor + spotlights. 
Nathalie herself lives on the ground floor (65m2) + sunny garden. The bathroom, kitchen, livingroom and garden are shared. 
Nathalie has some physical problems wich make daily tasks challenging. 
Therefor she is looking for someone who can help her with some simple tasks like making coffee, doing laundry, and picking up packages from the PostNL/DHL service point.
