About the place

I’m looking for a female tenant (landlord request!) to join a friendly international house in Amsterdam Zuid which I am currently leaving. I will be showing the house on Tuesday (28th July at 6pm), you have to be able to attend in person. The contract starts on 1 August and is not negotiable. The contract is for a minimum of one year, after which it continues on a rolling basis.

The house has four bedrooms on the first floor, including this room, as well as a private studio on the second floor. You'll share a spacious bathroom first floor bathroom and additional toilet downstairs with two other women and one man. The shared living area is perfect for relaxing or having friends over for dinner from time to time, if you are happy to give a heads up to the other residents in advance. 
About the housemates
You'll be living with a group of young professionals and one student from France, Portugal, Romania, and Brazil. Everyone has their own routines and spends most of their time working, studying, or out exploring the city, but there's always time for a friendly chat when paths cross. The atmosphere is respectful, relaxed, and easy-going.
