I'm Javi, and I'm currently looking for a roommate to share the apartment I just moved into, as the previous tenant is leaving soon. The official move to start the contract is January, but there is the possibility to move in during this month of December; the day can be discussed, and it can be as soon as possible.

Rent is 1,237 monthly, excluding utilities.

The apartment is very cozy and bright, with lots of windows and sunlight throughout the day. The common areas are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or hanging out.

Overall, it has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a shower room, two terraces, and a storage room in the complex.

It’s located on the 5th floor of a building in Amsterdam Zuid, about a 10-minute bike ride from Station Zuid, and just a 5-minute walk to the nearest tram and bus stop.
You’d have a private room with a big window and a nice view. There is plenty of space for a bed, a desk, storage, and moving around. The previous tenant is selling his furniture, which is very handy, so you can move in with all necessities covered. I can provide a detailed list of all the items and their prices.

A good relationship with you is super important to me!

I’m looking for a roommate to help turn this place into a comfortable home, especially since I also just moved in.
You’d be sharing the space with me: Javi, 23 years old. I’m originally from Chile, grew up in Colombia and Spain. I came to the Netherlands, where I finished my studies in Music Production and Sound Engineering, and now I work here as a live music sound technician.

I’m open-minded, patient, and organized. Ideally, it would be great to live with someone who enjoys occasional hangouts but also respects each other’s space and routines.
