Hi there! 
I am looking for a trustworthy, clean and working lady (28+) to share a beautiful appartement (85m²) with me, starting from 1st of May 2026 until the 1st of February 2027. 
- The location is awesome! It's next to Muiderpoort train station and the Dappermarkt and vibing Javastraat.
- You will have 2 rooms: 1 bedroom and 1 orangery (which could open up like a sunny balcony).
- The apartment is fresh, new and sustainable. 
- There is plenty of natural light, a large bathroom and 2 toilets.
- Shared large living and kitchen.
- Large storage and bike parking space indoors.
- The monthly rent is €1200,- excl. utilities and taxes. We will split the costs for utilities (€150,- pp.) So the total monthly rent is €1350,-.
- No pets, no smoking.
