Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate will be moving out by the end of January. The apartment is a modern 82 sqm apartment shared with max. 2 people. It has a large living/kitchen area, a big modern bathroom (incl. waterfall shower) and quite a large balcony.
Because a lot of the area is shared space, it would be good to get along with each other - so ideally there is some kind of match in terms of character or interests.


I’m 31 years old, easy-going, respectful, and I enjoy a relaxed, friendly living atmosphere. 
I work full time as an engineer (partially from home) and in my freetime I like to do sports 
(cycling, kayaking, skiing, gym), working on cars and bikes and occasionally going out clubbing.
