Hi everyone!

We are looking for a fun and sociable new roommate (min. 21 years old) for our apartment in Molenwijk, Amsterdam-Noord. Preferably someone who works!

The room is available from November 1st and is around 10 m². The apartment is 74 m². The rent is €775 per month including utilities. Registration is possible!

You will initially live in this room until March 2027. After that, there is the possibility to move into another room within the same house and stay indefinitely.

The location
• NDSM-werf and the gym at NDSM: about a 10-minute bike ride.
• Amsterdam Centraal: count on about 20–30 minutes by bus and metro, via Noorderpark.

You will be living with two working guys: Giba (m) and Tyrone (m). Giba is busy with his own business, and Tyrone works at PostNL. Additionally, a lot of sports/working out happens here (Trainmore NDSM is 10 minutes away)!

We are looking for someone who is social and enjoys having a beer together, eating something, or doing fun activities every now and then. Everyone has a busy life, and you can easily do your own thing here. A pleasant atmosphere and being considerate of each other are important to us.
