About the place

A bright room with its own balcony is available in a lovely apartment in Amsterdam East. The room is 7.7m2 and comes with a 200x140 cm bed and a chest of drawers.

Registration is not possible. Move-in date between 1 and 11 October. 

Rent: 750. 
Utilities: 75. 
Deposit: 750.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two women - one Brazilian and in her mid-thirties, and one Dutch and in her mid-twenties. We both work and value a calm, clean, and respectful atmosphere at home. We have a very good relationship and enjoy a chat or shared meal now and then.

We are looking for:
Age: 30-42
1 person per room/no couples
pets are open for discussion
