About the place

Hello everyone, looking for a housemate 

I have a 12 m² room available in my 100 m² apartment. You will be sharing the apartment with me. I’m a laid-back, easygoing 45 year-old guy.

The apartment is spacious and features a large living room, a balcony, a separate kitchen, and a total of three bedrooms.

The room is available for a maximum stay of eight months. Registration at the address is possible.
