A private, top-floor bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom in a modern, high-quality family home directly on the water in Houthavens — one of Amsterdam's most desirable and up-and-coming neighbourhoods, close to the city centre and well connected by public transport.
The room: Top-floor attic room with ensuite bathroom, quiet and private.
The house: A newly built, spacious family home. You'll have your own space and privacy, with access to a shared kitchen (please note: kept tidy — this matters a lot to us). There is a basement lounge with TV which can be used.
Household: I live here with my two children. We're a calm, respectful household and looking for someone who fits that same rhythm — independent, considerate of shared spaces.
Ideal tenant: A working professional (healthcare workers especially welcome) or a mature/PhD-level student who is clean, tidy, and low-key. Someone settled, reliable, and easy.
Included: Electricity, weekly cleaning of your room.
Not included: Your own groceries/toiletries etc.
No smoking, pets or guests.
