About the place

I’m looking for a co-tenant from 1 December 2026 for a minimum of one year to share a wonderful, fully furnished, 120 m2 apartment in the heart of De Pijp, just 100 metres from the Heineken Experience.

About the apartment:
The apartment is spread over two floors. You’ll have a spacious room on the first floor, your own bathroom and toilet, and a private balcony. We’ll share the fully furnished living room and kitchen.

About me:
I’m a 30-year-old Slovak/Hungarian working professional in commodities trading, and I’ve been living in the Netherlands for over seven years. I’ve been renting this apartment for more than a year and travel frequently for work, so you’ll often have the apartment to yourself.

Who I’m looking for:
Ideally, you’re a working professional aged 25–35 who is reliable, considerate, and respectful of each other’s privacy and personal space.

Registration is possible. Approval of the co-tenancy is subject to the landlord’s decision following a background check, including a review of your salary details, CV, and any other required documents.
