About the place

A bright and cosy room (15 m²) in a spacious and very clean apartment, located in the middle of Rembrandtpark, just 15 minutes from the city centre.
You will share a very comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, and a sunny terrace with three other roommates.

We are looking for a very tidy, friendly, and quiet flatmate to share the apartment with. Non-smokers only.
Only working professionals, 35years old or older.
No students and no couples, please.
A cat lives in the apartment, so we are looking for someone who is not allergic and who genuinely loves animals, especially cats.
