About the place

Hi!

I'll shortly be transferring tenancy of this stunning 89 sqm penthouse apartment to my roommate . We are based central Amsterdam, the place is two bed - with one room available, offering incredible views from the 6th+7th floors.

I’m now looking for a roommate to share this bright and spacious home. The apartment is spread across two levels, with generously sized private rooms on the top floor, giving you a real sense of privacy and your own space.

The main floor is fully furnished, with a comfortable living area that’s perfect for relaxing or working from home. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, and the views stretch across the city, including nearby historic churches—especially beautiful at sunset.

The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Amsterdam, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and public transport all within easy walking distance.

I appreciate that the rent is on the higher side, but the quality, space, and location really make it worthwhile. If you’re looking for a premium apartment with a great balance of private and shared living, this could be a perfect fit.
