About the place

Hello everyone,
The search is on for a lovely new (preferably vegan/vegetarian) female housemate!

My current housemate is moving out per september 1st, and you can move in per September 15th after my holidays. 
For September you will only pay 750 Euros, then from October full rent including bills will be 1100 euros :)

A little about me:
I'm Marleen, a busy professional juggling two passions:
Profession: I’m an actress and recently certified as personal trainer, who is now focused on launching my own fitness business!
Hobbies: As you might have guessed, I love fitness and am really into bouldering and climbing.
Vibe: I adore my plants! (as you can tell from the photos, haha!)
The apartment comes with a thriving indoor jungle and I'll be your only housemate! :)

Who Am I Looking For?
I'm seeking a respectful, like-minded housemate to create a peaceful home environment. 
Gender/Status: A professional, working, and neat female housemate (no students, no families, no guys)

Dietary Preference: Preferably someone who is vegetarian or vegan (I'm vegan myself!) but people with other diets are also welcome.

Home Vibe: Someone who is actively looking for a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood to disconnect from the busy Amsterdam life. I'm a calm housemate, and like to keep the shared spaces tidy and tranquil

Working From Home: Possible a few days a week, but not all days. I also need a day or two to work on my business from home. We will align schedules so we both have space for ourselves!

Local Shops:
5 minutes walk to local shops (hello, LIDL!).
10 minutes to the extensive Buikslotermeerplein shopping mall.
10 minutes bikeride from NDSM with great bars and restaurants

Modern apartment: The flat was newly renovated a few years ago, so everything is well-kept and modern.
Large balcony with sun all afternoon! (yes, tanning allowed!)
Private bike shed: For your bike or extra storage
Nature Escape: We're located in a quiet, green residential area with beautiful outdoors areas perfect for walking. Also really close to Twiske Nature reserve.
Pets: Cats are open for discussion :D
Smoking strictly not allowed. This is a non-smorking household.

The Practical Details:
All-Inclusive Price: €1100 euros per month. (125 euros utilities)
Deposit: 2x the bare rend (€1800)
What's Included: €125 for utilities covers everything (gas, water, electricity, area taxes, internet; the whole shabang!) I take care of all the bills, so that's less headache for you!
Moving in possible from SEPTEMBER 15th, for September you will only pay 750 euros.

The room is UNFURNISHED and won't come with any furniture.
Registration possible, yay!
Viewings are on Monday 17th, Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th.
