About the place

READ THE AD CAREFULLY – if I receive questions that show the text has not been fully read, I will not reply. I sometimes have to respond to 200 people and do not have time for questions that are already answered in the ad.

The room is located on the third floor, and we live on the first floor where the kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine are located. These are shared, as well as the fridge. We are not obsessed with cleaning, but we do like to keep the bathroom and kitchen as clean as possible. The kitchen is new but still needs painting, so it does not look fully finished yet. However, the stove, fridge, and sink are always clean. I should also mention that there is no microwave or dishwasher.

In the room there is a bed, a large bookshelf, a desk, and a chair. There is also a built-in wardrobe for storing clothes and/or shoes.
There is also a small sink in the hallway.
There is NO common living area or shared space where you can socialize at the end of the day.
Boyfriends/partners and overnight guests are not allowed.

The rent is €750 (including utilities) plus a €500 deposit.
The room is available from April 05, 2026, and viewings are possible upon request.

I would like to mention that this is a normal household; we are a couple in our fifties and we enjoy spending our time together.
