About the place

In a spacious and well-maintained family home, we are offering a room of approximately 14 m². The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to a park and a shopping center. We also have a small, cozy garden and a friendly small dog.

We are an international couple and value a pleasant and respectful living environment. The house is tidy and fully equipped. The kitchen is shared and has everything you need.

The room is rented unfurnished, but we can provide furniture such as a wardrobe, desk, or chair if needed — which can be especially convenient if you are coming from abroad.

We believe it’s important to respect each other’s privacy and to use shared spaces considerately. We manage this through good communication.

We are looking for a calm and reliable tenant, preferably a student, who is comfortable living in a shared household.
