About the place

For our daughter (22, just finished her master, plays violin in a student orchestra, loves reading but is also sociable) and 1 housemate we’re looking for 1 more person to share a well maintained, spacious apartment (75 m2) in the Hoofddorppleinbuurt, walking distance to the Vondelpark and many shops and restaurants and close to public transport as well as Schiphol airport.

The living-/diningroom with fitted kitchen (with induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher) and double doors to a small balcony in front with lovely canal view has a dining table with chairs and a sofa.

The quiet bedroom at the back with a single bed has access to a spacious balcony. The bathroom next to it is shared with 1 person and has a toilet, shower and sink.

A washing machine in another bathroom can be used.

No pets.
No smoking.

Monthly rent 1100 € incl. water excl. gas and electricity.
Deposit equals twice monthly rent.

Available from 24 August 2026 until 28 February 2027. Maybe possible to extend.
