- Room (12m2) available in Amsterdam centrum, 3 minutes walk from Central Station.
- Apartment shared with one other working housemate (F, 26).
- Shared kitchen, living room, toilet and bathroom.
- Please note: the bathroom (shower) is in the room of the other tenant. The toilet is in the shared hall.
- Rent is 1232 EUR + 128 service costs. 
- There is an income requirement: your gross salary needs to be 3 times the monthly rent (so 1232 EUR x 3). 
- The rent will increase with about 40 euros every November.
- Deposit is one month's rent. 
- Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher. Washing machine is a rental. 
- The apartment faces the shopping street, but the bedrooms face the inner courtyard, which is really quiet. 
- Looking for someone who is working.
- No couples, no students.
