About the place

My house has three floors, and I rent out the lower ground floor, which has its own private entrance.
The studio has two rooms and a private toilet. 

Please note: the bathroom is shared. The bathroom is on the 3th floor.

The first room is a bedroom with a double bed. The second room is a kitchen. Both rooms are simply but practically furnished. The kitchen includes all necessary amenities: a small refrigerator (without freezer compartment), an induction hob, pans, kettle, plates, cutlery, etc.

The student may also use one of our bicycles, but is responsible for its maintenance during their stay.

A Plus supermarket is a 7-minute walk away, and a shopping center with an Albert Heijn is 7 minutes by bike. The NDSM ferry (free) to Centraal Station is also 8 minutes by bike.

I live here with my daughter and our medium-sized dog, Bruno.

Rent: €1150,- per month, including gas, electricity, internet and bike

Ceiling height in the basement: 195 cm.
