About the place

My home is easily accessible by the (free) ferry from Amsterdam Central Station towards NDSM in Amsterdam Noord. I live here with my daughter and our medium-sized dog Bruno.
We rent out a basement apartment with its own private entrance. The space consists of two rooms and a private toilet. Please note: the bathroom is shared!

The first room is a bedroom with a double bed. The second room is a kitchen. Both rooms are simply but practically furnished. The kitchen includes all necessary amenities: a small refrigerator (without freezer compartment), an induction hob, pans, kettle, plates, cutlery, etc.

Supermarket Plus is a 7-minute walk, and a shopping center with an AH supermarket is 7 minutes by bike, ferry 8 min by bike.

Rent: €1150,- incl. gas & electricity & internet.
Ceiling height in the basement: 195 cm.
