Room in a shared house available from February 1st. (with the possibility to start moving in a bit earlier if needed)

The house is warm and inviting, easily reachable by public transport and you'll have amazing housemates!

The room is fully furnished, you just need to bring your clothes and you are settled. The contract is for 6 months plus possibility to extend for 6 more months. The price is including the bills. To move in you have to pay 1 month rent and a deposit of 1000 euros.

The landlord's requirement is a girl in early 20s to match the profile of the other two housemates with a stable source of income, tidy, respectul and just have a good energy.

Please contact me for viewing, we can arrange in the evening from tomorrow until close to the end of the month. Please note that this room has a shared wall/ sliding door with the living room, however there is a lot of respect to personal space from the other housemates so you won't have any issues.
