Room for rent available in Amsterdam's Nieuw West. Around 12m², with a big window. The bed, desk, and wardrobe will be available for use; the desk chair can be taken over for a small fee. The apartment has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. There's also a washing machine. You will have two lovely flatmates, plus the landlady. 

Bus and tram stops are within 7 minutes' walking distance. Grocery stores, bakeries, convenience stores and restaurants are also located nearby.
