About the place

I'm subletting my room for 2–3 months (depending on how some personal things go). The apartment is right next to Oosterpark, close to 4850, and it's a brand new construction — so everything feels fresh and comfortable.

The room itself is small but cozy, with a queen size bed and a wardrobe. There's also an extra little wardrobe by the entrance (perfect for coats) and a shed in the garden where we keep luggage and other storage.

The common areas include a bathroom, a separate toilet, a high-end kitchen, and a living room. Really nice place to hang out.

My roommates are Ximena and Davide, both 28. Davide is doing a PhD in economics, and Ximena works as a home assistant plus in retail. They don't smoke, don't throw parties, but sometimes have friends over on weekends — the vibe is always super chill and comfy.

Rent is €1000/month, deposit €500. Everything paid upfront: 2 months + deposit = €2500 total. Utilities and internet are included.
