About the place

Hi there,

I am looking for a new housemate. 

The apartment has two equal size rooms that are both equipped with a kitchen, sharing a toilet and a bathroom. 

The location is perfect; in the middle of the city center and close to all sorts of cafés and bars. 

Houserules:
- no smoking or pets allowed
- silent hours between 23.00 and 08.00
