I'm looking for a friendly roommate who needs a room. It's important to me that it's tidy and stays that way. It must be quiet between 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM. The room layout isn't entirely clear from the photos. What's currently the living room/kitchen will become my bedroom. The other room is yours. Since we share the kitchen, which is in my room, I'd like to agree that you can use the kitchen between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. You can stay for at least three months, and if we get along, indefinitely.
