No smoking in or around the property
No pets allowed
Suitable for one person only - no couples
This is a bright, sunny home. The bathroom, separate toilet, and kitchen are shared and fully equipped. The rooms are furnished.

The rental period is 24/5 - 26/6. 
Rent: 1000 included per month. 

- The place is fully equipped. Please bring your own mattress, or you could borrow my one person mattress.
