About the place

I am renting out one fully furnished room, including Wi-Fi, linens, and all basic kitchen and bathroom facilities, under a three-month starter lease with the option for extension. The remaining areas of the three-room apartment—such as the kitchen with all basic amenities, the bathroom with a washing machine, and the separate toilet—are shared with two gentlemen who are either working or studying full-time. The room is located in a pleasant neighborhood in Amsterdam-West and features a southwest-facing balcony.

I hope to find one reliable and tidy person who is either working and/or studying.
