Room for Rent Near Muiderpoort Station

A room is available with balcon,for rent in a great location, just a short walk from Muiderpoort Station, as well as nearby bus and tram stops. Dappermarkt is 5 minutes away on foot, Oost shopping center is also 5 minutes away, and Javastraat is just a 2-minute walk. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Amsterdam Oost.

Please note: This room is available for women only. Three women will share an apartment of 77 m². The current housemates are Emma  (24) and Dana (25); both are very social, respectful, and contribute to a pleasant living environment.

To maintain peace and safety in the home, overnight guests are not allowed, even in your own room. This is a mutual agreement between all housemates.

The floor plan of the apartment is included in the photos. The available room is marked with a red cross.

Rental terms:
	•	Minimum rental period: 6 month or longer
	•	Monthly rent: €1300(all-inclusive)
	•	Deposit: €2600
	•	Rent must be paid in advance each month

Important note:
No payments will be requested from you until you have received a signed rental agreement, proof of address registration, and a copy of my ID. Please do not trust anyone who asks for money before providing these documents.

Note: There will be two rooms available in the same apartment as of May 31st. It’s a great opportunity for friends who would like to live together. The same conditions apply to each room, and the rent is charged per room.
