I’m renting a cosy and quiet garden room in a beautiful apartment in Amsterdam Oud-West, 100m from Vondelpark.

You would enjoy a spacious and bright apartment (80m² + sunny 50m² south-facing garden) shared with only one other person.

The apartment is recently renovated and includes:
– large living room
– fully equipped kitchen
– dining area with projector
– bathroom with bathtub & shower
– barbecue and outdoor lounge area

The garden room is located in the courtyard garden of the apartment, surrounded by greenery, which makes it peaceful, private and pleasantly fresh during warm summer days. It is well insulated and also equipped with electric heating for colder periods.

The room includes:
– comfortable double bed
– desk & external screen
– shelves / clothing storage
– blackout curtains

The atmosphere in the apartment is calm, relaxed and independent. The apartment is also highly rated on Rbnb (4.92/5).

Important:
– bathroom/toilet are inside the main apartment
– all utilities included
– 1 month deposit
– registration not possible

Ideal for someone looking for a comfortable temporary stay in one of Amsterdam’s nicest areas.

I’m looking for an easy and respectful shared-living dynamic, so meeting first and making sure it feels like a good fit for both sides matters to me.
