About the place

We are looking for a friendly and respectful new flatmate to join our home in Amsterdam Reigersbos from June 1st.

The apartment is very well connected, located only 2 minutes walking distance from the metro station, making it easy to reach the city center and other areas of Amsterdam quickly.

The room is fully private while the rest of the apartment is shared.

About us:
We are currently 3 young working professionals (22, 24 and 27 years old). We enjoy a peaceful, clean and friendly atmosphere at home. We are social and easygoing, but we also respect privacy and personal space.

We are looking for:
• Someone between 20-35 years old
• Clean, respectful and easygoing
• Working or responsible student
• International people are welcome

Pets are allowed 🐾
Smoking is allowed only in the room or on the balcony.

💰 Rent: €1100 incl. all bills
💰 Deposit: €1000

Couples are possible for €1750/month.

The initial contract will be for 6 months and can be extended if works well for everyone.

We will organize both video calls and in-person viewings during the next days, as we would like to find the right person before June 1st.
