About the place

Tenant profile:

We are looking for a tidy, quiet, NON-smoking MALE tenant (student or young professional) who is sociable and willing to help keep the shared living areas clean and take out the trash when needed.
Interns are very welcome!

Viewings by appointment only.
Applications including a clear FACE picture and a short introduction about yourself are highly appreciated.
I don’t conduct VIDEO viewings. My preference is to rent to someone who are already in the Netherlands, as I would like to arrange an in-person meeting before making a decision.
