About the place

Heyaa, looking for a new roommate who’s also a student or in the same age range (18-25) to replace my existing one on the contract (there is a €200 fee for the contract change from the housing company sadly, but we can split that. So its a private apartment with space for 2 tenants.

Location is Raamgracht (1011KJ) which is right next to Nieuwmarkt/Waterlooplein—very central but on a quiet small canal with very little tourists.

- Move-in date: up to you however that works but rent and deposit payment would be start of July so can move in early July
- Rent: €1408 per person excl, around 1566 including and 4k deposit
- The apartment: 2 floors with a small patio and 2 bedrooms with both having private bathrooms
= Your bedroom: Has its own private bathroom with a sink and shower! (its the one in the pictures with a beautiful view on the canal)
- Registration is possible

This is very last-minute cause my new roommate who was supposed to move in cancelled last second so only looking for someone who'd be able to do the whole process with me very quickly!!
