About the place

I will sublet my room from 1st May until the end of June for two months. 

Our flat located by the lake. Very calm and nice view from the balcony.
Your room has a double bed, closet and desk. The living room, dining room and kitchen in the common areas is clean and very open. You will feel very comfortable. 

The rent will be 1100€ (including utilities).
