About the place

I am looking for a new tenant from 18th January until end of March! You may stay after March as well. We can talk!

Our flat located by the lake. Very calm and nice view from the balcony.
Your room has a double bed, closet and desk. The living room, dining room and kitchen in the common areas is clean and very open. You will feel very comfortable. 

The rent will be 500€ (including utilities ) for January and 1150€ (including utilities).
