About the place

I am subletting my room for the entire summer period, from 1 June to 31 August (Amsterdam West).
The room is 15 sqm and features a private balcony, offering plenty of natural light and a comfortable personal space. The house has a canal view and is ideally located between two of Amsterdam’s most well-known parks, Rembrandtpark and Vondelpark, with direct access to the city center. The supermarket is only 2 minutes away, and multiple public transport options are within a 1–2 minute walk.
The apartment is fully equipped, and everything in the house was personally purchased by me. You are welcome to use all shared amenities.
You will be sharing the apartment with a 25-year-old Italian male who is easygoing, very clean, and well-organized. The atmosphere at home is calm and respectful, so I am looking for someone who is similarly tidy and considerate.
The rent is €1,200 per month, including utilities. The full 3-month period is paid in advance, along with a €200 deposit. You will be interviewed beforehand, and payment is only made once you receive the house keys.
This is an ideal summer stay for someone looking to enjoy Amsterdam in a well-located, peaceful, and well-maintained historical home.
