About the place

My friend is moving out after 2,5 years, so I'm looking for a new roommate for the other room in my 77 m² apartment on the IJ.

Apartment has a big living room, kitchen island, and balcony on the south (so sun all day) with view over the water and Houthavens. It comes fully furnished (the room we can discuss), washer/dryer, energy label A, secured bike storage, underground car parking, 5 min walk to AH or by bike to Westerpark, <10 to Central Station

€1,500 all-in (incl. utilities and internet). You'll join the lease as co-tenant, so full registration which requires employment contract.

About me: Dutch, 29, work in tech sales, tidy, like to cook, travel, go out for drinks, or found on the balcony when the sun is out. Looking for someone 25 to 35, Dutch or international are both welcome. I speak Dutch, English, Spanish.
