About the place

I’ve lived in this appartment with great fun for more than 2 years but because of an internship abroad, I won’t be using my room in Amsterdam for a period of 7 months (August-February).

- Located in Amsterdam-Oost, Dapperbuurt 

- Walking distance from Oosterpark, Studio/K, Javastraat, and Muiderpoort station, 10 minute bike ride to centraal.

- 14m^2 room

- 72m^2 appartment with a lovely living room, kitchen with dishwasher, and bathroom with washing machine/dryer.

- Shared appartment with 23yr old female student.



💰Costs:

- €1125 incl. (this includes wifi, gas, water, electricity, and municipal taxes)

- €1500 deposit



🔍What we’re looking for:

- Female (since you’ll be living with a woman)

- 21-29

- International or Dutch (but keep in mind your roommate won’t speak Dutch —but she is doing her best to learn🤩)



Available from the 1st of august 2026 untill the 28th of februari 2027.
