Ideal for students studying at UvA, HvA or Reinwardt because they are all within walking distance. The street is surrounded by Artis, the Hortus Botanicus and the Hermitage/H'ART museum. Tram (Plantage Middenlaan) and metro (Waterlooplein) around the corner and supermarkets a stone's throw away. Preference goes to someone who is quiet and tidy and does not mind that there are also young children living in the house.
