About the place

Hi!

I'm looking for a roommate starting September 1st!  You'll have your own room and bathroom. Ive attached a picture of the floor plan for an idea of the room and place.

The apartment is located in OurDomain SouthEast, directly next to the Holendrecht station (train + metro).

You would have to furnish your room (the kitchen and living room are furnished already since I've been living there for some time now). If you'd like, we could see if you'd like to get anything from my current roommate (bed, desk, wardrobe etc). Or if you want to furnish it from scratch, up to you, its something to discuss.

The rent is around 1.3k all incl. To be precise, the rent for the whole apartment is 2,487 euros a month, excl. heating. Heating ranges from 70 the summer to 150ish in winter. So all of this added up and divided by 2 results is around 1.3k

I am the main tenant of this apartment, and if you were to join, I would add you as a cotenant on the contract, so that you'll also be able to register at the municipality. For that, OurDomain (the owners) require these documents : Passport / ID, portrait photo, email address, phone number.

The move in date is 1st of September. The deposit I ask for is 2.164 (the total deposit I paid is 4.328 euros), so half of the total deposit.
Since I pay rent on the 27th every month for the upcoming month, I would also like to receive the entire rent for the month of September together with the deposit.
