About the place

I am a multimedia producer with a home office. I like my peace and quiet, but now and then it is nice to have a chat. I am interested in culture, politics and current topics.
We share the modern semi-open kitchen with all the usual built-in appliances including a refrigerator, 4-burner electric hob and extractor, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The spacious bathroom has a corner shower and a bath.
Tram 1 to the city center stops in front of the door and takes you via Lelylaan to Leidscheplein in 20 minutes. You can easily reach the A10, A9, A4 and A5 highways by car. Schiphol is also quickly accessible by car or bus 69.

The house is located above the Ducaat shopping center. Here you can get all your daily and weekly groceries at the many shops such as a supermarket (Jumbo), a bakery, a butcher, a drugstore, a pharmacy, health center, a cheese shop, a fish shop, a flower shop and a dry cleaner.
