About the place

please note the room can be rented from 20th Nov. 
we will provide bedlinen. and utility is included. 
price is based on 40 euro per day. 
the room is on 2nd floor with size of 10 square meters. 

You will share the house with max 4 other guests

There are kitchen, separated toilet and spacious bathroom on first floor. 

In the room, you have several closets, desk, and one single bed.

The bathroom is shared on the 1st floor .
the kitchen is on second floor where you can find microwave, fridge etc shared.  you can not cook in the kitchen, please note well. there are no cooking facilities. 

it is only for one person and non-smoker. Hope he or she is easy-going, tidy and clean.

please note the room can be rented from 20th Nov until 31st March for rental period 4 month, and deposit one month rental.  extension is possible.

registration is possible, but need to pay taxes (rubbish tax and water tax, estimated about 50 euro per month based on actual bill from Amsterdam Muncipality. )

viewing is possible from Nov 20 and move-in can be immedietely.
