The room is approximately 12 m². The room has a lock, and only the tenant will have the key. The room is equipped with air conditioning and has its own sink with a tap. The room also has windows that can be opened.

In the photo, a spot in the room is indicated with a green arrow. This is to show where the tenant can place a clothing rack with hangers. This can be arranged by the landlord for a one-time fee of €30.

About the apartment:

The space is a private room in an apartment in Amsterdam Oud-West. The apartment is located in the Oud-West neighbourhood of Amsterdam. On the same floor as the room the tenant will occupy, there is a beautiful rooftop terrace with a lounge area, a barbecue, and a table with chairs.

The apartment has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The area is full of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants, and there is a Jumbo supermarket directly across the street.

On the lower floor, there is a living room which, as shown in the photos, is open to the kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are also located on this floor. These spaces are shared with two other residents who live in the apartment permanently.

The room being rented belongs to the third permanent resident, who will be abroad for two months.

The advertisement states that the room is available from 30 July until 30 September. If preferred by the tenant, it may be possible to deviate from these dates by a few days in consultation.
