About the place

Hey there, we are looking for a new roommate in our flat. Read the description - don't apply without having read it. 

Technicalities:
- Registration possible
- Flat is next to Vondelpark
- It's a shared flat with me and another roommate (male)
- All the details (cost, move in date etc are in the advert)
- Room has access to a balcony
- Large shared living room etc
- Deposit to be taken over from previous tenant (one month's rent)
- There are some items from the picture that are up for sale
- You need to be able to move in/pitch in for rent by April 5th

What we are looking for:
- A social person who also initiates and creates a social environment
- If you keep to yourself and prefer staying in your room most of the time it's probably not a fit
- You need to be clean, considerate, and able to communicate
- If you work from home every day it's probably not a fit (1-3 times a week is no problem)
