About the place

 Cozy terrace room near our houseboat
Near  VU in Buitenveldert and Amsterdam Zuid and Watergraafsmeer. There is a 1.20m bed with 3 large drawer units underneath and a table top with chair plus an extra chair. In our entrance hall there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The toilet is also used sporadically by us. A kind of kitchenette has been made in the hallway where you can cook and have your own refrigerator.
We (Rico and Marga) live in the houseboat nearby and also use the terrace nearby in the summer. Our son lives in his own house at the back of the garden.
It is available  from Nov 1, 2026. Monthly cancellable from both sides.

Rent is  € 500 including electric heating. (there are 2 heaters, which must be turned off at night unless it freezes in the winter)
Washing is possible for a small fee. You may also use part of the garden in the spring/summer. There is a bicycle available.
Only for a non-smoker and quiet behavior in the garden
