	- Rent: 1200€ + 88€ utilities 
	- Registration possible 
	- Move-in date: January (end of December also possible)
	- Age: 26+ 
	- Working preferred 
	- No smokers
	- No pets

You will share the apartment with me, a 33-year-old from Greece ✨ I work from home every day, so I enjoy a peaceful environment. After work, I usually have my activities or meet friends, but I also love cozy nights in and a calm, homey vibe to relax and recharge 😌
