The apartment is new and located on the ground floor in a quiet neighbourhood, with a terrace at the front and a garden at the back. The apartment is designed for shared living: the room is approximately 30 m² and comes with a private bathroom with a shower.

The living room (40 m²), kitchen, and toilet are shared with one female housemate, 35 years old, working full-time. The room is rented furnished, with plenty of space to bring some of your own small furniture if desired.

The complex has a private bicycle storage area with charging facilities for electric bikes. Energy label AA, district heating, and solar panels—warm in winter and cool in summer. 

Located just a stone’s throw from the Sloterplas, with venues such as Boothuis and KaapWest within walking distance, and the Osdorplein city center just around the corner (including AH XL, HEMA, Etos, Douglas, H&M, etc.). The neighborhood is very well connected, with both bus and tram stops just around the corner, and Lelylaan and Sloterdijk stations within 10–15 minutes. 

Due to a trial cohabitation abroad, this is a temporary rental, with the possibility of extension. End date of the sublet to be agreed upon. Municipal registration possible.
