About the place

I'm looking for someone to sublet my furnished bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment in Bos en Lommer while I'm away over the summer.

The room is compact but comfortable (8 m²) and well-suited to a two-month stay. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and office chair, shelving, drawers, and access to additional wardrobe space elsewhere in the apartment. One of its best features is direct access to a rear balcony from the bedroom itself. The apartment also has a second balcony at the front.

The apartment is on the third floor and is shared with one other tenant, a 37-year-old male artist. It has a shared kitchen and bathroom, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. 

Located between Erasmuspark and Rembrandtpark, the apartment is in a quiet residential area with plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and places to eat nearby. The neighbourhood is well connected by tram and bus, making it easy to reach other parts of Amsterdam.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can take the room for the full period from 19 July to 20 September. While the room is not available before or after those dates, I can be flexible if you need to move in up to a week later or move out up to a week earlier. Preference will be given to applicants looking for accommodation for the entire period.

The apartment has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere rather than being a party house. I'm therefore looking for someone who is tidy, independent, and respectful of shared spaces, and who is looking for a comfortable place to call home for a couple of months.
