About the place

I'm looking for someone to sublet my furnished bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment in Bos en Lommer while I'm away over the summer.

The room is compact but comfortable (8 m²), with a double bed, desk, office chair, shelving, drawers, and access to additional wardrobe space. It also has direct access to a rear balcony. The apartment (45 m²) has a shared kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, and a second balcony at the front. You'll be sharing with one other tenant, a 37-year-old male artist.

The apartment is between Erasmuspark and Rembrandtpark in a quiet residential neighbourhood with excellent tram and bus connections, supermarkets, cafés and bakeries nearby.
