The shared Living Room has a large 4 person sofa and a seating bank with dining table. There is HD TV with Ziggo channels. There is WIFI available throughout the apartment.

The Garden has many seating areas including benches, a sofa and also a BBQ area. There is also a shed at the bottom of the garden for storing items. Apartment 60 sqm, Garden 70 sqm. Total size 130 sqm.   

The apartment is decorated to a good standard and has a brand new boiler and central heating system (installed January 2024)

The room is available from 1st August 2026. 

The rent is €1250 per month + €190 utilities, payable in advance at beginning of each month. In addition to this there is a €2500 deposit, all payable before moving in.
