A bright and fully furnished apartment in De Baarsjes, close to Mercatorplein and Rembrandtpark.
Shops, tram, and bus are within walking distance, and the Ring A10 (S105) is just around the corner for easy car access.

🛏 What you get
● Fully furnished private bedroom including a single bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe
● Beautiful open kitchen (fully equipped, coffee corner, dining table, gas stove, microwave, toaster, and washing machine)
● Shared standard bathroom (shower and toilet)
● Rent: €800 per month (€200 paid weekly), including gas, water, electricity & internet
● Minimum stay: 3 months, maximum stay: 9 months. 1-month trial period + evaluation
● Notice period: 2 weeks

👤 Who I’m looking for
● Female housemate (1 person only)
● Working or studying, mature and tidy
● Non-smoker (no weed either), no drugs
● Occasionally cooking or eating together is nice 💫
● We keep shared spaces clean and tidy together
● I’m looking for someone with a healthy daily rhythm — active during the day; I value my evening quiet time
● Dutch and/or English speaking
