A bright 11.5 m² furnished room is available for sublet for 2–3 months (dates flexible), starting mid-January or February. The room includes a double bed, a large three-door wardrobe, a desk, and access to a balcony.

The apartment is in a calm residential area between Erasmus Park and Rembrandt Park, with tram 7 and bus 15/18 nearby. It’s around a 10-minute bike ride to the city centre.
About me:

I’m 37, male, Irish, gay, and currently in the final stretch of a full-time bachelor’s degree while working part-time. I enjoy cooking, reading, and generally keeping a steady routine. The coming months will be quite focused as I wrap up my studies, so I value a comfortable home that feels calm, respectful, and easy to share.

Apartment vibe:
The apartment has a quiet, grown-up atmosphere. It’s not a party place, but a friendly and relaxed home. Cleanliness and tidiness are important, and shared spaces are treated with care. Evenings tend to be low-key; studying, cooking, reading, or unwinding with a glass of wine and/or a film.

Ideal sub-tenant:
I’m looking for someone independent and considerate, ideally of a similar age, who has their own rhythm and commitments. Someone who works or studies outside the apartment for at least part of the week, enjoys having a calm place to come home to, and is comfortable sharing a quiet, respectful living space. Preference/priority for other LGBTQ+ folkx.
