For our cozy apartment next to Amstel station we are looking for a guy or girl roommate between 25-40 years old. The sublease is for 2.5 months, until November 1st 2026.

I will be your room mate during your stay. I am an 31 year old Dutch guy, respectful, clean, and social. Nice to have a dinner together every now and then but also fine to spend time on our own.

The apartment is situated near the Amstel Station, where this sublease offers the perfect blend of city living and tranquility. You’ll be a 4 minute walk away from the Amstelstation and a 10 minute bike ride to de Pijp. Plenty of supermarkts and bars around.
